1) Comprehensive clinical examination of the musculoskeletal system - examination of joints, tendons, muscles and spine

2) Blood testing necessary for diagnosis of inflammatory and infectious causes of joint, muscle and back pain

3) Injections of painful areas related to back pain

4) Joint taps to drain excess fluid (in swollen joints) and to obtain specimen for laboratory testing; simultaneous application of medicines with positive healing effect on affected joints

5) Injections of painful joints - shoulders, elbows, wrists and small joints of hands, knees, ankles and other affected joints, with application of treatment directly into the painful area

6) Examination and treatment of painful shoulders and referral for physical therapy as needed

7) Application of treatment directly to joints affected by changes due to degenerative joint disease (arthrosis)
